Diane M. Baskin, 60, Elmwood, pleaded innocent and posted a $2,000 signature bond on a possess drug paraphernalia charge Oct. 4. The charge resulted from an Oct. 3 incident in Elmwood.
Dustin C. Baskin, 33, Elmwood, posted a $5,000 signature bond on possess drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping charges Oct. 4. The charges stemmed from an Oct. 3 incident in Elmwood.
Geordan D. Godwin, 27, Ellsworth, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge Oct. 4. The charge resulted from a July 8 incident in Ellsworth.
Tyler J. Huston, 24, Hudson, pleaded innocent and posted a $3,000 signature bond on a resisting/obstructing an officer charge Oct. 1. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 29 incident in Spring Valley.
Alexander E. Burgess, 23, Hudson, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $210.80 Oct. 1. The charge resulted from a March 17 incident in River Falls.
Kyle J. Bushong, 30, Rhinelander, was convicted of possession of narcotic drugs, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $518 Oct. 1. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Nov. 12, 2017 incident in Prescott.
Chad M. Elton, 38, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $210.80 Oct. 4. The charge resulted from a Feb. 22 incident in River Falls.
Austin G. Fritzinger, 25, Elkhorn, was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison and 7.5 years of extended supervision Oct. 3, stemming from a May 7 felony child abuse-recklessly cause great harm conviction May 7. The charge stemmed from an incident between March 8 and 9, 2017 in River Falls.
Randy N. Harshman, 60, Spring Valley, was convicted of felony OWI-fifth/sixth, sentenced to two years in prison and two years extended supervision, fined $1,744, ordered to install an ignition interlock device on any vehicle he owns, and attend an alcohol assessment Oct. 2. His driver's license was suspended for three years. Felony operating with PAC-fifth/sixth and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a June 6, 2016 incident in Ellsworth.
Chase G. Kohl, 34, River Falls, was convicted of take and drive vehicle without consent and criminal damage to property, sentenced to two years in prison and four years extended supervision, fined $250 and ordered to pay $13,128.38 in restitution Oct. 1. A criminal damage to property charge was read-in but dismissed. Operate without consent-possess weapon, felony burglary-building or dwelling, second degree recklessly endangering safety, possess firearm-convicted of felony, drive or operate without consent-abandon vehicle, operate firearm while intoxicated and resisting or obstructing an officer charges were also dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents April 7 in the town of Martell and April 9 in Ellsworth.
Dustin C. Larson, 32, Hager City, was sentenced Oct. 1 to six years in prison and six years of extended supervision, fined $518 and ordered to register on the sex offender registry, stemming from a March 23 incest with child conviction (jury trial). The charge stemmed from incidents on and between Nov. 17, 2008 and Nov. 16, 2011 in River Falls.
Dain L.T. McDonald, 31, Winona, Minn., was convicted of obstructing an officer and fined $210.80 Oct. 1. The charge resulted from a Jan. 27 incident in the town of Oak Grove.
Dustin A. MacDonald, 36, Elmwood, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $43 Oct. 1. He pleaded guilty to and entered a deferred prosecution agreement on a carrying a concealed knife charge. The charges resulted from a March 18 incident in Elmwood.
